Jeannie, a 5th generation Durango Native, is a General Partner of Intelligent Investment Management, LLP. She has worked behind the scenes keeping the business running smoothly since October of 1996.
A graduate of Stanford University, Jeannie has run several businesses in the Durango area. She owned and operated Alpine Sports, Alpine Ballooning Company and The Diamond Circle Melodrama & Vaudeville. She now keeps busy with investment management reporting software, human resources and bookkeeping. She brings creativity and balance to the six person team at IIM.
When not working in the office, Jeannie gives back to the Durango community. She is a former president of Durango High Noon Rotary and has been involved with Adaptive Sports Association, Therapeutic Riding Organizations, Early Stages Productions, Durango Arts Center and the Durango Choral Society. Jeannie is a member of the DurangoTones, an a Capella choir and Animas Roots, an adult folk group through The Stillwater Music Foundation. She is an avid golfer and also plays tennis, gardens, skis, snowshoes and rides horse-back with Steve in the mountains and deserts.
